had a problem with my 3.5 yr old FSA carbon cranks last week...returned them to Dom at windwave last thursday...emailed me to say they'd replace new ones just arrived....complete with rings and new BB....best customer service I've ever experienced...I'd have been happy with a discount on a replacement LH crank 😆

They've replaced two sets of FSA carbon cranks for me too. Brilliant service.

Aye...just thought I'd give credit where it's due....trouble is they are too shiny to put on my bike and get dirty 😉
