So, my face is about 8" behind the camera, at the same height....
Laugh away... For those that are interested I'll post up the full edit when it's done.

Maybe you should put the tripod at the side of the trail... LOL

Bike's fine, we did think about that but to put the cam at the side of the trail but the shot it gave was a bit low, that was how we overcame the height, Tom laid on his stomach on the hill, feet well above my head, thus unable to get out of the way, holding the camera. We're gonna use the lower shot in the final cut!
