Road ride on sat, and Road ride on Sunday as the local trails last night were hub deep in mud.

However I have booked up two weekends away, one to Kirroughtree/Malbie/Dalbeatie and the other to Afan/Cwncarn - role on spring

Trailquest at Chilton, Oxfordshire on Sunday.
Second event of the Spring series. I made a bit off a mess of my route planning at the first one and ended up 15th overall.
I'm hoping to start moving up the league table from now on.

Hoping that the rain holds off so I can convince the GF to come out for a pootle along the river. If not, a quick thrash around Richmond Park is as much as I'll manage this weekend, sadly.

I'm doing Thetford WS4 too.

Still undecided on weapon of choice. Weather forecast makes the single-speed more appealing.

Seeing as the guy who should have been filling the potholes round here has been up to the Gap to smooth it over, I'll either be negotiating the A roads on a long travel full suss or doing the Gap on my slick tyred roadbike.

I'll be embarking on a 3 day off-road coast to coast on my SS 29er. Hopefully camping wild rather than using B&Bs. Just breaking from packing my stuff now, travelling light!
