Well, 2/3ds of a bike, but in a bike sized box. Usually I use parcelforce just for simplicity but this one's too big for my local post offices so if I'm using a collection service, might as well be a good one. Any recommendations or unrecommends would be really helpful!

Senditnow, which is Parcelforce in disguise and cheaper.

+1 for senditnow. Used it several times and quite cheap.

Crap website mind.

Just used senditnow to post two bikes a few weeks ago. Cheap and has been reliable enough.

try parcelmonkey too - they seem to offer better deals on larger parcels than parcels2go

do not, and i repeat DO NOT use interparcel.

i've used them for years. last week booked in a bike, and the next day instead of a collect i got a message saying they would'nt take it. much embarrassment on my part as i'd promised it would go that day. but even worse it then took nearly a week and a lot, as in most days, of emails to get the cash refunded.

Direct courier solutions, used them a few times £22.95 for next day delivery.

Christ, you weren't kidding when you said the senditnow website sucks... Took me to a dead link to print my labels, no worries, there's bound to be some option in the confirmation email or account page to reprint, right? Ah. Phone up, no, sorry, no way to do that, just cancel your order via the website and rebook. Can't cancel order via website as the tracking number it's given me hasn't been activated, as I didn't print the labels.

Still it is cheap 😉

Parcelforce have always been good in my experience.

I don't think you can send something that large with MyHermes, but if you can, or if you are looking at using them to send anything at all - DON'T!!!
