Just finished a nice pot of muc off grease that works well, smells nice, and is a decent price, but the website is it of stock on the workshop size ones 🙄
Who uses what grease in hubs/headsets? Happy to try new 👍

Most bike grease is pretty rubbish IMO - emulsifies / washes out too easily. These days I just use marine grease for most stuff because I know it will still be there in 6 months - the microscopic difference in bearing drag is imperceptible.

I've got the full set of R&R grease tubes.

Superslick for anything with sliding bits (forks, droppers, cables)
Super web for any bearings
Super coat for generally stopping things from getting stuck.

Some French red grease I got from PX for nearly everything and coppaslip (finish line's ti antigalling compound actually, but it looks identical) for pedal axles.

I just use Lucas Red ‘n Tacky grease for everything, apart obviously from suspension, when I use Molykote 33.

Slick Honey for suspension stuff and most things with seals.
Some white waterproof grease, I forget the manufacturer, for pretty much everything else

Rocol Sapphire Grease for everything that gets grease on my bikes. It's miles, miles cheaper than anything aimed at cyclists yet a perfect specifciation for the slow rotation and grotty environment of a bikes headset, bb, wheel bearings etc.

It's a tenner on amazon for a big tube that will last you years and its excellent. Its also bright blue!

Not grease but I have just found Morgan blue aquapaste. It's like vasalene for your bike and help keep water out of places you don't want it to go like headsets and bottom brackets.

If you want to nerd out on grease, switch to the other channel

XHP 222 works well on most things bicycle related. Headsets, BB's & suspension bearings. RSP Ultraslick on sliding parts IE fork & seatpost seals. Coppaslip antisieze type of stuff I generally dont use on bicycles. It works but it's made to withstand intense heat cycles and still perform as intended. Anything that fills the spaces in a threaded fastener on a bicycle will work. Either grease or Loctite.

Mobil 222 for most stuff - bearings/bbs/headsets etc.

Stendec Easy Glide for suspension stuff

Dt Swiss 'special grease' for their ratchet freehubs, and for shimano mech axles.

Mobil xhp222 for most things, slick honey on sus seals and freehub pawls, copper grease for raw titanium bolts, xhp222 for anodised ones, anything painted/powder coated white can be stained by coloured grease over time so white lightening crystal grease is good for that, its clear and can actually be used for everything.

Slick Honey is expensive and hard to find. Is there an industrial equivalent suitable for fork seals etc?

I use Lucas Red n Tacky for headsets, hubs, pedal threads and bottle bosses, seat tube etc. I've filled a Dualco grease gun with it which makes controlled application much easier. I also use red rubber grease for brake seals and RSP Slick Kick for forks and dropper post seals etc.

Sorry to hijack the thread but I need to get some grease at some point for a DT star ratchet and I've heard it's a special grease and non tacky. Are there any cheaper alternatives or is it worth spending the extra on a small quantity of the DT product?

Another that uses Mobil xhp222 for most things.
Also Stendec Easy Glide for suspension stuff.
Only other grease I use is Chris King drive ring grease on my King hubs.
Used to use Phil Woods grease in my King BB's but it's difficult to get hold of and expensive.
