Went for a 3 hour ride in snow after that. Feet stayed warm and dry even though they got dipped in icy water a few more times.
Wait 'til it rains and the water runs into the big hole in the top. Nobody says the fabric isn't waterproof, but water from above the sock cuff will get in (and then not out again).
they have a hole in the top - thats where the water goes in
Looks like you've trodden on a snow covered dog turd in your first picture. ๐ฏ
How can the water get in through the top? Crawl up the inside of my waterproof trousers?
Those are walkers SealSkinz and they come almost up to my knee.
Sandals and KNEE length socks?
๐ฏ
Deviant knee-length sealskinz are ace for riding in snow. Combined with knee warmers etc. not a lot of water gets in the top. Needs to be cold for that combo though.
Sandals and KNEE length socks?
