Try Velo Orange, Amercian but have a UK distributer, lots of 'retro'/hairshirt type stuff on there...

How retro is retro? I have got a cinelli quill stem and bars and at least one 3ts stem in the garage doing nothing (stems are about 90mm and fit a 1" stearer)If you want them you can have them.
