Bloody great and up North we haven't had that much rain July, the odd heavy shower but mostly through the night. I know down south in Yorkshire they've had plenty rain. ๐Ÿ˜†

Managed to dodge the showers all weekend and had yet another two days of glorious trails. It's made all the winter weather training more than worth it, I'm appreciating every inch of the hard packed surfaces!

Zummerzet zunshine is most excellent here 8)

That said, the cow crap does dry very rapidly to a wattle and daub consistency, I'm thinking it could be the new composite frame material ๐Ÿ˜‰

I am because i stopped working just as the long dry spell started down here in Bristol. I've been riding done dry trails for pretty much 3 months solid. Start a new job tomorrow and the trails are muddy again so i'm not bothered.

The rain in Surrey last week actually helped things. It was getting too dry and dusty, definitely more grip out there now.

Dam I won't be free for 100 mile long rides till late Aug but hoping the weather is nice in September still -here's hoping lol...

But for the commutes/odd ride etc day to day life-summer rocks! hate freezing winter but makes me appreciate the nice weather more like now! ๐Ÿ˜†

Torrential rain for the last couple of weeks in Glasgow. So bad I'm considering mud tyres in July ๐Ÿ™

Certainly enjoying the light nights!

The rain in the north west has been pretty bad but at least it's warm rain.

Was brilliant up until July, since then its rained virtually every day and its been overcast. I predict the same for August. Roll on September/October for the indian summer.

My family spent a glorious day on the beach in Bournemouth yesterday, proper warm wind & hot sunshine. Fantastic!
Overall a much better summer this year.

I am loving it. Felt a wee bit sad last night though - I had to put my lights on at 10.30pm. A month ago it was still sunny then. The trails are still rock hard fast and dusty despite a wee bit of rain a few days ago. Having said that, it's just hammered down but judging by the sky it'll be fine again by tonight. I can't remember what wet mucky trails are like and the thought of them is depressing. make hay when the sun shines, as they say.

I thought that people liked the cold and rain up north. That's why they live there.
