Really need some new wheels to replace my 6 year old ones for Enduro (xc), need to be black, disc ( for Hope) and pref upgradeable to QR15 or 20. What should I get and how much do I need to spend?
Presently Bontrager are doing some very attractive complete factory wheelsets. For 'enduro' which I guess you're meaning some slightly more than XC riding you could look at the Rhytym Elite wheelset which off the top of my head is around £300 - £350. Nice wide tubeless ready scandium rims, 28 spokes and a quality hubset.
If you can wait til after Christmas Jon, I can recommend Roger at Wheelpro as uplink posted, Just got my proII and Flow rims from him, I got the last set 🙂 but he checks them before they go retensions them etc, Provides you with some stans sealent and yellow rim strips installed, boxed and comes on 24 hr service 8)

I'm selling a set of DT Swiss (240s rear, 370 front) on 819s in mint condition. QR only but a lot cheaper than a new pair.

Uplink has it with pro 2 with ztr flow rims, but I would have merlin build them for me.
