ok going to be there on tuesday for 6 hrs or so which trail or trails would you recommend?

Do the Beast, then the Tawr if you still have the time and energy.

Whichever you go for, try and fit in the Cyflym Coch (Quick Red) too, only a shorty but lots of fast flowing stuff, good fun.
