[Closed] Which seat collar do I need?

Trying to order a new seat collar for the mk2 Solaris. It’s a 31.8 post. But do I need. 34.9 collar or a 31.8?

34.9, it's the external diameter of the seat tube. Your seat post is 31.6 to fit inside
