I got myself a pair of Roubaix Pro 32c and I love em, only thing is that they're a bit tight and need around 100 psi to seat properly on the rim which :S

Any mini pumps up to the task? Reckon it would need a hose and screw on attachment, then some insane number of pumps. Or just get CO2 and dump a 20g canister into it, hope it seats and then reduce the pressure down to its working 75 psi ish.

Even the smallest Lezyne Pressure Drive gets to that pressure. Tiny, easy to carry and effective.

Yeah seems like a good tradeoff between volume and reaching high pressure, the small one is 17 cm and weighs around 100g. Albeit I reckon it would take some 500 pumps to get a 32c tire to 100 psi with it.

Frame pump? I've got a tiny little topeak mini pump thing for the road bike in summer as backup for CO2, but sod that on a cold wet commute.

I've got this one and can't fault it.

For 100psi I'd skip the mini pump and go for a deeply unfashionable but very effective frame pump. I have the ever reliable Zefal HPX on my winter bike and can easily get to 100psi without wanting to kill myself.

It doesn't look great, but it's a winter bike. The thing looks like an audax bike anyway with mudguards and dynamo!

Why do you need a 32mm tyre to get to 100psi?

Run mine at 80psi @ 85kg

One CO2 cartridge won't get the tyre to 100psi IME, but why not try it at home -

I'm forecasting no more than 50psi, if that.

One CO2 cartridge won’t get the tyre to 100psi IME,

Normal co2 can is 12g. A 20g is nearly two cans.

But +1 for why 100psi. Weighing 200kg ?

Sorry, didn't pick up all that blatantly obvious information. 🤦‍♂️
