Hi thinking about getting a pace rc506 frame (6" travel), will my fox float 120mm(5") do the job, if not what forks do you recommend. Thanks

AFAIK its usual to have either the same travel front and rear or else more at the front than the back

Ive never heard of anyone running the way you have - but maybe someone has?

You may be able to remove the spacer in the fork and up the travel to 140mm.

f120's wont go up but 140's will go down, f120s have a different arch thats lighter because its not got as much cross bracing but not as stiff no good for 140 travel

That frame would suit a Fox 36 very well IMO, or maybe a 140mm Rockshox Rev?

Wouldn't the sag in the rear balance things out a bit? (if not, could you set the a bit more sag so it is evened out).
