Which bike would you take to the cbb? Short travel xc full suss or AM orange five? In other words, are there tech descents that are worth taking the orange for? Have done the trans Cambrian route so suspect the xc option is best

Always previously ridden light hardtails in Welsh xc events myself but seen plenty of people on 5s. I'm thinking about signing up for this and would be tempted to take my bigger bike to have a bit more fun.
