Sorry for tha daft Q but I've just bought the trigger 3 and wanted to get a bashing for it I know I need a 36t but that's about it, and what about longer bolts..any help/links would be appreciated

A bashring normally replaces a chainring so I'm not sure you will make that work on that chainset.
