[Closed] Where to get A393 Rebar, or other window security bars?

I want to put some sort of security bars over the garage windows and was thinking A393 10mm concrete reinforcement fabric would to the job reasonably well. I appreciate that it is designed for tensile loads and not to resist cutting, but reckon it would do a reasonable job as long as I get the 10mm stuff.

But getting hold of it is proving tricky. I have located some at Travis Perkins but it is almost £100 for a 3.6m x 2.4 m sheet. I only need 1.6 x 1.4 so that would involved a huge amount of waste, and where the heck would I store the leftover bits...

I've tried Jim Davidscon scrappy but they don't sell stuff like that to the public.

Where can I get a small bit of mesh near Manchester?

Or what else should I use for window bars?
