[Closed] Where to get a speedy Fox fork service?

well looks like my Fox F120RL is packing it in, it leaks oil from the left leg (which is odd as the damping cartridge is in the right one) and performance is becoming increasingly erratic - some bumps are nicely cushioned, at others the fork feels totally rigid. time for a service then methinks.

does anyone know any good bike shops or service centers where i can get my fork fixed? preferably somewhere in the birmingham area, and if it can be done swiftly that'd be a plus - need the bike for a trip to the alps in 3 weeks :O !

Send it to Mojo. Super quick turnaround. I only live 7-8 miles away. Rode over, dropped a pair of Vanillas off for replacement bushings under warranty a little while ago and had a phone call before I'd got back home to say they were ready for pick up (I took the scenic route home, honest). Should take no more than a few days via postal service.

I had my last set of fox forks serviced at Two Wheels cycles in Stourbridge. Don't know what their turnaround times are at the moment though.

Mojo looks good, ta. Where'd you get the 2 weeks quote from, their website says turnaround typically in 1-2 working days??
90 quid is not cheap in any case, bl**dy hell!

"typically" is the keyword here, normally it's correct, but recently they've been snowed under with work, my last set of fork took over a week. That said, our shop had a set of forks back within two days at the end of last week, so normal service may have resumed. Also worth checking out Locotuning if you get quoted a long turnaround.

Dropped mine off there (on route to Cwmcarn) last Thursday lunch time and recieved them back on Monday morning.

That was for some warranty work though.

I've had Mojo service shox and forks whilst I wait (usually about 3 hours or so), phone them before hand have a chat, it works wonders.

thanks guys for all the advice!

just sent my fork off to loco tuning, the guy seemed very nice on the phone and promised he'd service it in half a day, so i should have my fork back back early next week 😀
plus, at £59 it's considerably less than mojo. will report back once fork is back.

toodeloo 😉

Just had mine back from Mojo today, having sent them off 10 days ago. Must be a busy time (I only put mine in for service now because off bike with injury. I would have thought most would aim to service over winter or during poor weather, rather than the great conditions we've had recently. I must be wrong!)

I booked them in a while ago but you called me to say you were out of service kits for them (Jason Wood).

Just had mine back from first ever service with Mojo and was surprised to see that they even apply fresh new "Fox" decals on the sides. Didn't realise it would be that thorough! Mind you, at that price.........

Use TFTuned, you get to book your service slot so you know when they're going in and when they're coming back. Sorted my TALAS forks out in 48hrs door to door. Excellent customer service to.
