I am planning to do a lower leg service on my 2016 Fox 34. I think I have all the tools required but think I will need the following consumables and not sure where to buy them:
- Foam rings
- Seals (do I need these if forks have mainly used in good weather)
- Crush washers
- Fox Gold 40Wt but ideally not a massive bottle I will never end up using..

Any suggestions welcomed

I get my bits from J Tech Suspension.

Good service and and you can order small quantities of stuff.

Thank you, I like the fact the delivery charge seems reasonable too!

Was also going to recommend J-Tech

If you ring J-Tech before you order they will advise on which bits you're actually likely to need.

They'll probably sell you some general purpose suspension oil, which will be totally fine, and you will want to add some suspension grease to the list if you don't already have any.

Is there anyone who'll just sell me a bulk pack of foam wipers/crush washers? I hardly ever need rubber seals.

Pretty sure silverfish list all the consumables on their sales website, there's a lot of parts so searching by name is always best!

Foam rings seem to be only sold as part of a full service kit for the princely sum of 37 quid, though.

Given that they recommend lower leg services so frequently, and to change foams and crush washers as part of that (I know you don't always have to), they should offer a lower leg refresh kit on its own.

ND Tuned do bulk bags (50) of crush washers and foam rings.

You can buy unbranded ones on ebay

Thanks Bigyan - doesn't seem to be direct to consumer though.

I just clean the foam rings with IPA,

Last for ages that way. Then you can get new ones when you also want to change the wiper seals maybe once a year.

But I agree they should really sell them separately

I do this too, normally get about 6 months out of a pair. Generally, by the time it needs new rubber seals, the damper needs a service too, and as I don't do that myself, there's normally no reason for me to buy a full service kit.

As usual - Ebay is the answer. Seller called Sprungsuspension

And btw, Amazon (or ebay) for the seal driver tool. Teh thing Fox jokingly charge £40+ for is £12. Obviously if you just have to have a Fox logo on your tool, you can ignore that!
