I purchased a new fork off of CRC 3 days ago as it was a good deal, yet 3 days later it is shown as still processing, not a huge bother if they have a back log but the fork i ordered is now not listed and when i click on the link in my account it comes up as "Discontinued no longer available".

I've not heard a thing from CRC but I have e mailed them although not expecting a reply until Monday at the earliest. Just wondering where i stand with this, the next nearest fork they do is over £100 more which i can't afford.

Has anyone else had a similar problem before and how was it resolved?

I think you need to wait another hour then call trading standards and do them for wrongful advertising

or you bought the last one and they are still looking for it.

I had a similar problem and over a week after ordering (when they had ignored all my emails and I couldn't get through on the phone as I wasn't prepared to queue that long), they emailed me to say that the item was discontinued and they would be refunding my Paypal account.

No apology at all. I also know of a couple of people who ordered the same item after I did and received it. It's fair to say I was pretty ticked off.

I only buy small items from CRC that I can't get elsewhere now.

Well finally got a good resolution to this, despite it still showing as "processing" my brand new Reba RLT 29er is now sat in my lounge, so it looks as though i got the last one, bargain at £250.

And now my Tora is on e bay.

your lucky your service was quick just over two weeks ago i ordered a new exposure maxx d bar clamp the one with the extra joy stick mount with it i emailed them yesterday and today they said it would be on its way first thing this morning low and behold tonight its still processing will see what happens tomorrow whether its on its way or not took nearly 3 weeks for my sks mudguards to arrive both items are showing in stock and have been since i ordered them way unhappy with there service laterly 👿

Ring them. Don't think I've ever been in a queue phoning them, had a problem last week where something didn't get sent out in time despite next day postage being paid for. They refunded the postage and were apologetic.

Il ring them wednesday if its not posted tomorrow. Am i wrong in saying over 2 weeks last time and again over 2 weeks this time is kinda taking the mick as they say on the site about postage this.

When will my order be dispatched?

All 'In Stock' orders that we receive before 3pm CRC Time, placed online or ordered by telephone should be dispatched the same day, Monday - Saturday. Any orders received after 3pm CRC Time or during the weekend should be dispatched the following working day, Monday - Saturday.

Delivery times can vary depending on where the goods are being sent and the type of service that you've selected. Bikes and wheel builds are not same day dispatch as we take time to build and inspect your product before releasing it for dispatch.

got a message saying it'll be out asap and that it was a pc error (yeah ok whatever) but did get a £5 gift voucher to say sorry so all is good with the world again
