these wheels are going for £145 are they worth it...

Mavic XC717 Rims (Black) Disc or V Compatible
Hope Pro 2 Front & Pro 2 Singlespeed Rear (Black)
Silver DT Spokes
Black Front QR (Hope)
17t Boone Ti Cog

Used I take it? CRC were doing hope hubs for £30 recently, not sure if they still are. If you can get the hubs for that price and if you can get your friendly local wheel builder to do you a favour then you can them built new for roughly the same.

I'd ask for close up pics of the Boone cog to see how much wear's on it before i made an offer on em.

I just bought, Pro11 SS Rear, Pro11 Front, XC717 Disk Rims, Black Spokes, Panaracer Fire XC Pro Folding tyres and no name 16T sprocket, ex-display unused from a bike shop for £180 (Blue hubs!), so IMHO the price above is a bit too much, Boone cog would be nice tho'.
