my employer offers the halfords bike to work scheme and it appears that i may be re-structured out of the door in the near future. hoping that if i am punted it'll be into the new tax year, allowing me to access the scheme.
questions is for those that have left their employer during the scheme - how was your final payment calculated? i.e. did you still get the tax/NI break?

I was told the balance of what I owed was to be taken in one go from final pay, before tax and NI were deducted.
Never actually added it all up, but seems that's what happened.
They didn't ask for a final pay-off to buy the bike either.
