Anyone recommend a good wheel builder in stirling?

Got a ProII with a flat spotted ZTR rim on it which i want to replace with similar

Mark Leadbetter... Not sure of his contact number, will have a look.

Or take the wheel into Flying Fox Bikes in the old mill in Alva and they will pass it to Mark.
