it looks like some kestrel bike.
If you read the text it will give you the answer.
Just plain wrong?
Rotor Stern - 'one assumes to evaluate the bicycle frame market, but it was never pursued' seems to imply partial knowledge on the part of the seller.
Out of mere interest I thought someone here might be able to fill in the gaps. How wrong of me to think I wouldn't just get a reply from some clown trying to correct people on the internet.
racefaceec90 - Yes, it does look a lot like a Kestrel MXC, but is slightly different. The Kestrel looks less sculpted on the head tube and seat tube to me.

It weighs 1.7kg
Isnt that really heavy for a carbon frame?

If you get off your high horse long enough to do the research yourself you'll find that Foccia Engineering have a picture of that bike on their own website.
Signed some clown trying to correct people on the internet.
... and here it is:

Incidentally, that eBay advert looks fairly dodgy. Zero feedback! And lots of inconsistencies in the advert, such as
"I've never been very into cycling"
Followed by..
"I recently decided to swap parts over from my old bike to be able to use it"
Something doesn't really add up there..
I saw that but forgot about it and therefore forgot to bid. I would have quite liked that
