...offensive amount of money you've spent on buying a new bike? Or indeed the most expensive item you've purchased for a bike?

Currently considering the former and want to feel [s]better[/s] less guilty about my forthcoming financial decision 🙂

i think £900 on chris king wheels and original silver hope mini's made me pretty nervous because at the time it was my annual income from paper round and birthday and christmas 🙂

Titus frame at 1500 was pretty heafty but tbh i do most of my buying fairly slowly and over time.

Given a lottery win/ massive bonus i would love a Baum road bike kitted out in Enve parts which would propbly come to 7-8000 but thats dream territory!

Yep, CK wheels @ £900 would have had been quaking. I considered Mavic Crossmax STs recently and backed away.
