Thebikechain can you tell me who supplies you with your stock ? and also how long it took you to find the right supplier ?

I do not believe that there is a supply of legitimate secondhand frames on the scale you have them - simple as.

I don't expect you to tell me the details but enough to convince me they are legitimate.

I know where the bike chain gets its stock from - the legitimate suppliers such as Madison and the other importers.

Being a shop kaesae i source all our stock from the relevant supplier, ie Lapierre comes from Hotlines, Shimano from Madison.

Don't confuse being a shop with being an ebay reseller of second hand goods.

Plus we only sell new or ex demo items so i am not sure where you are going with it.

ANY reputable retailer of any good in the world will be transparent and tell people where stuff comes from. To say anything different would be silly.

thebikechain Unless their a small trader and it would damage there business to tell people. Ask any second hand car dealer were they get their stock and how see what they tell you. Or ask argos how they respray their frames. Anyway I asked about grease not lapierre or shimano. before I forget how do you guys weather proof your bearings and what kind of bearings do you service your frames with ?. It's easy to be open when your possition is secure.

Our bearings come from the original manufacturer, i,e, hope for hope.

Generics come from the gruff but nice men with oily hands at Forth Engineering. They work well.

It is reasonable to ask a seller where they get stock from - you challenge another on here and they answered and challenged you to do the same. You then change the goalsposts and decide to choose second hand cars as a defence for your refusal to answer - which also gets answered. I and others can think of no legitimate source for this number of secondhand frames at the prices you must be paying for them to make a profit after respray and new bearings.

Until you can give us some indication of your sources - not detailed but in broad we will continue to believe that they are stolen.

just a thought... although posting your medical notes online is a bit weird, am i the only one who see's that the first letter(MRI) basically says you have a disformed vertebrae that does not affect your spine at all and the second letter that you have back pain but are responding well to treatment. Its good to hear that the treatment is working, but not too sure what this letter proves/ achieves? (apart from giving all your personal details out on a forum full of IT specialists who using such things?)

Meehaja as I said the NHS is useless not many people live their lives lying flat on their backs that is however how a MRI scan is taken. They couldn't even spell my name right. for 18 months I couldn't feel my left foot and I spent 10 months on my living room floor flat on my back the NHS did nothing I had the MRI done after 1 year of yoga self taught and applied and also 1 year of physio exercises. I had also been seeing the osteopath for a while before the MRI was done. I have requested the MRI results twice so far and have received nothing. I can still only stand for 4 hours tops and am still in constant pain although yes the 3 hours of warm ups and exercises each day mean I'm far more mobile and have made more progress in 3 months than I did on your NHS in 5 years. NO Hope Service 5 years constant pain from a prolapsed disc at the top of my back culminating with 18 months of not being able to walk at all at first then clawing my life back day by day. Not surprising their saying everything is fine with so many people already suing them and an inability to manage resources effectively they are not going to admit incompetence any time soon are they ?

See the odd thing here is I think you got a bit of a harsh ride the first time out (not helped by yourself), and I'd still have considered buying bearings from you. However, the fact you're so evasive about where you're sourcing your frames from (even though you post personal details) makes me wonder what is up.

Personal details that prove junkyard and the TV brains are sh!t talking muppets. The problem with answering the question is simple no matter the answer I would still be giving those asking it authority over me and that I will not do. If you are not buying a frame you don't need to know where they come from as for my bearings and bolts and other products there for bikers and people with the right attitude so you lot having any of them isn't something I would want to have happen.

You seem to move fairly quickly in your vid. Is that because you can only work for 5 minutes before the pain sets in and you have to lie down again?
