Replacing the cleats on my road shoes that I use on my cx bike. What do you call the bit they screw into that sits inside the shoe?
It’s a T shape with holes in each bit of the T for the 3 mount bolts.
Seem to be missing one but can’t find them and don’t know what to search for.
Cleat plate? Cleat nut plate?
