[Closed] Whats going on at CRC ?

Anybody else havign problems at Chain Reaction at the moment ? I've had nothign but hassle with them recently despite a long history of good service.

I ordered a Diablo light and cancelled it immediately after realising I had a voucher code I could use. They sent it anyway so I ended up with two and had to return one. They eventually refunded me the postage but it was a nigthmare trying to sort out which one to return and getting it back, particularly as the post office lost it for a while.

I've just sent a Blackspire Stinger back for credit as it wouldn't fit my frame and they refunded me £3 short of what I paid. After querying it by e mail I've today had the rest of the refund credited.

Finally, I ordered a Pro2 rear hub conversion kit and they have only sent me the two spacers (in a HUGE box) so I'm an axle short, despite it being shown on the product photo on the CRC site. Can't get a reply to my e mails so I guess I'll just have to return it and buy elsewhere.

Is it just me and a run of bad luck ?
