Dunno what is in it now, but want to get roughly 25/30% sag & I'm about 75kg.

Which spring do I need?

You get really varied reports on Lyriks, and I reckon it's entirely down to the rider and riding... Rockshox say I need a soft, Teh Internetz by and large says I need a soft or an extra soft, but actually it turned out I need a medium. TBH I reckon all the people who told me to use an extra soft are using their Lyriks very gently indeed.

So... Find out what you have, tell us how well it works for you and what you'll do with it. I'm 65kg on the nose and medium is perfect, I imagine if I was 75kg I'd be on a firm.

I'd say medium. I'm 90kg and using a firm.

How much do you get at the moment?
Find out what you've got in there.

The obvious guess would be medium, but I prefer soft in some Domains I have and anything over extra soft in my boxxers make them stupidly firm - I'm a silth like 70kg.

I'd definitely try a soft. I'm 68ish kg and use an extra soft for about 25% sag.

I'm torn with mine.

I was originally running medium, at the time I weighed ~85kg w/o riding gear, i was bottoming a bit too easy on sketchy moments. I didn't really play with the HSC, looked at peoples feedback and the recommendation table, both suggested for my weight and my more "freeride" style to go with firm, so i did.

Initially i was happy with firm, then i lost weight and went down to 78kg w/o riding gear. The forks started to feel somewhat dead.

I'm back on the medium, been on it a week, decided to add a bit more HSC to prevent bottoming, haven't done any massive hits yet, but haven't bottomed yet. The forks are now back to feeling awesome.

I think I need a inbetween spring.
