Any suggestions?

Looking for a new steel commuter since my commute on the mountain bike is a bit much, was looking at the Focus Maleta on wiggle its exactly what I want but too expensive, any ideas appreciated.

I've just ordered a Condor Fratello for my commute, I say just it was a month ago so I should get it soon.

But panniers and guards were a must for me.

I know you wanted it ready built but I'm sure you could put something similar together off the classifieds which wouldn't scream STEAL ME like a brand new bike might.
