I have a Sonder Camino to build up.
Had all the parts for about 12 months, been putting it off as I hadn't got a carbon blade for cutting the steerer (well that's what I've been telling myself......), order said blade the other day - all parts still in boxes lol
Both valve cores are seized. Should really be removing the valves altogether, to either get a better purchase on them (or replacing them entirely), but it's a colossal ballache to get even a single bead of my Kryptotals off the rim. Ended up sticking a single lever in, giving me just enough space to skoosh some fresh sealant in.
Got a new bike 9 months ago with 800mm bars. Was clear to me from ride one that they were too wide. Every time I’ve ridden it I’ve thought must cut down/swap those bars
I've had a little mouse intermittently squeaking away on the Frontier; drivetrain/rolling chassis related, not the chain or mech. Been putting it off but Bank Holiday Monday is always bike maintenance day for me. Main suspects: pedal and hub seals. Cover me, I'm going in...
Hope Pro 5 hub, 1650km over the winter, first time I've looked inside. Happy enough with that!

Need to re carbon paste the seat tube (been a few yrs) so will also renew the dropper post cable while im in about there. Also got a new derailleur to fit, but old 1 keeps working, just a bit loose. Might as well renew the cable and housing while doing it. Had the parts for a while now.
My bike. I need to service the forks and shock.
Youngest bike is done now but, he was complaining about a running brake andccomplainjg his belt kept dropping off.
Turns out he was right about the brake and the bottom bracket had collapsed. Turns out 5 year olds can diagnose issues.
