Hard to tell from a photo; post processing and screen calibration throws any chance of getting an exact match out the window.

Closest approximations as far as i can guess are 1021 and 1023. 1023 is a slightly stronger, brighter yellow.

I'll go with 1003 or 1023. Picking directly from image won't work for quite a number of reasons.
