My XT M760 outer ring is ****ed and sucking badly, need to replace it before it wrecks my mech, so what cheapo outer fing will fit?
Currently on the dole so it really needs to be cheap!

I've just fitted deore steel inner and middle rings to the XT crank, will the deore fit as well?
CRC are doing a Shimano 'generic' 4-bolt outer ring for £18 but not in stock til the end of November 🙁
I've got an SLX set of rings for sale in the classifieds, hardly used middle and inner, and perfect outer, would take £40 for the set delivered...
