Rock Oil SVI Suspension oil for me, 15wt in the lowers. Seems to be good stuff.

Car engine oil, 0w30 fully synthetic.

It's a lower lube oil so you can use a variety but the genuine thing is cheap look at the standec oil on chain reaction it's peanuts for a large bottle.
Don't use car engine oil as mentioned above .over time the additive they put in swells the seals

0W-30 is for pike's, lyriks, yari's etc. Sektors need 15wt as above
The standtec stuff works and is a good cheap option i've been using
