Some nice Azonic ones on CRC for around that.
I swear by Eastons - lovely rise and sweep, strong and fairly light.
I've not checked, but you should be close to some EA70's for that - if not, get EA50's and save a few quid. (Not sure if they are quite 700mm though)
*edit* - sorry only 685mm, but they seem plenty wide enough to me. EA70's can be had for £39 @ Merlin in high rise.
