Week 6 on VAG Motor oil, the chain is glistening, changes are slick and operation is better than ever.

Going to try some Pedros Ice Wax on summer road bike soon, hoping for good things ! Currently has ProGold Prolink which is decent if a little dirty. Had Fenwick's road stealth for a while but it was more dirty !

Finish line wet all year round, as long as you get the chain clean, lube, leave to soak in then wipe off the excess then no crappy residue

Still on the Putoline, it's in a class of one tbf. Lasts better than anything else, lubes better than anything else. Is a bigger pain in the arse to apply than anything else, mind, and the black wax can offend the shiny chain brigade (it doesn't go all over the bike but the chain always stays black and greasy)

Putoline in a mini deepfat fryer, easy peasy.

Bought 4l of finish line many years ago. Might have to bequeath it too my children as I'll never get through it all. Works well

Rock n roll when I can get hold of it at a decent price.

Was recently on a wet ride and had to buy some from a bike shop. All they had was muc off oil, never seen it before but it was pretty good but also pretty expensive.

Juice lubes Viking here.

goes on thinly but dries to a very clean wax that lasts pretty well. You have to get in the habit of doing it the night before as it needs a couple of applications and needs time to dry, but no black gunk, and lasts well even in shitty conditions.

I like Prolink lube.

On the winter bike I use half synthetic motor oil, half meths. They both seem equally as good really.

I use Stuhl chainsaw lube on the commuter, yes it makes everything black but it lasts well.
On the MTB's I've been using Squirt in the summer and Finish Line or MucOff Wet in the winter.
Which Scott product? The one for the Scott Oiler? The Red is thicker than the Blue - probably doesn't make any difference lube wise.

Just for the record, muc off is definately the best for getting dirty oil out of your clothing !!!!
