I'm about to fit a threaded aluminium BB86 wheelsmfg bottom bracket into my Carbon frame. What do I need to but just inside the rim before I insert the bb. Wheelsmfg say teflon? what product is this in the uk.

I've got copper grease, white lightening crystal clear grease and Muck off Carbon Gripper and 3 in 1!!

Any of these any good or do I need a trip to the shop.

For the thread I was going to use Copper slip as this doesn't touch the carbon.

Any help please

The White Lightening Crystal grease is "safe" on carbon, I would use that. Whatever anti seize you fancy on the aluminum thread, I would use something thick and water resistant personally.
