.....the great long 'back zips' of my really old Altura NightVision that isn't waterproof any more.
They are 'normal' zips under flaps, easy reached and operated with gloves, and as long as you have no pack on they are so much more effective than pit-zips.
Looking for:
- no hood
- long enough for a long torso/long arms (no dafty roady fashion short jackets)
- not lumi, but must be visible on grey days
- reflective bits
Ideally:
- those back zips
Was looking for similar last year and the closest I found was Endura waterproof jacket with pit zips. Not seen any others with back zips.
I'm not convinced with some of the Endura jackets - 10k/5k isn't good enough, use of waterproof zips (pretty much inoperable one handed)....
I am also disappointed by how many jackets are black/tarmac grey/dark blue or YELLOW as the only options
I think it's going to be a DHB Flashlight...
The DHB Flashlight doesn't have any vent zips.
