For newbies? A couple of friends are heading down that way. They can get round the red at Glentress.

Its an almost perfect place for newbies to trail centres. You can roll everything and there is little to catch you out.

Yeah, ignore the signs and do the blacks too (although avoid the high broadwalk if they're funny about heights - it's a mile wide but a good 10-15 ft up)

It's a pretty dull trail without the blacks - they are essential.

Great fun, pretty safe and quite flattering to ride.

Watch the high boardwalk if easily freaked, and keep the speed sensible on the whoops to avoid panick if unused to getting airborne.

Yeah that's a good point - the trail is as tricky and dangerous as you chose to ride it fast...
