Have some juicy 5's, I need to lengthen the hose on at least the front. Might as well do the rear at some point. That would need about 2.01 m 🙄
CRC have no HEL kits available, so shall I just get some Goodridge by the metre and some olives? I can reuse the other fittings and even try and reuse the olives, no?
I haven't had to fiddle with hydraulic brakes before so it's all a learning experience!
I have used Goodridge [u]kits[/u] before but never tried to reuse the original fittings the hose is a bit thicker than the nylon stuff so the olives might not fit
a mate has suggested that he bodged his 5mm hope fittings onto a 6mm Goodridge hose so that might be possible?
Any other suggestions or recommendations? I'll probably end up buying a metre of cheap stuff just to see me through.
