I've done no 1 on your list

I'd love to be able to do a proper wheelie and manual. Was out in the Alps once riding down a road descent with some other guys on MTBs and one of them manualled the whole thing, no pedalling, no dabs. Git!

Clicked table tops and manuals, thankfully I can do them both (but I havent for what seems like forever)

I think I could give up cycling now and I be happy I've achieved what I always wanted to do.

I'm happy with my manuals, wheelies, endos, stopies, jumping and bunnyhops. The only thing that I've really failed to learn having really put some time and effort into it over the years is the goddamn Switzerland Squeaker!
Endo, foot-jam, leapfrog the bars, repeat.......

I would love to be able to do proper big casual whips...
Also to be able to hit berms like Nathan Rennie such that the berm gets scared ๐Ÿ˜€

Not saying I have any chance ever, but I would definitely sell a kidney if I thought it would help me do one.

I'd like to be able to do manuals, wheelies, proper bunnyhops and all that.

But what I *really* want to do is the 180 degree endo spin thingy (technical term) and ride straight back the way I came. I think I saw someone do it when I was a teenager and it's stuck with me ever since.

I think I've managed to do about 10 degrees. Only 170 to go.

Win a TdF mountain stage and wear the KotM jersey.
Manual for as long as I like comfortably.
Win a BMX race, with style.

Doubles are my nemesis.

I can jump/clear a long tabletop, but a double, say with the same overall end to end length as a tabletop......no chance !

The 'gap' in the centre pysches me out. It's the fear of stacking it into the face of the 2nd lip, as I did on one a few years ago.

1 - Ride to the top of the hill at the local trails without stopping, then find a bigger hill.
2 - Manual for 10 seconds +
3 - Land a set of doubles
4 - Rail a berm, really rail a berm

Pretty much what everyone else has said. Just built up my hardtail again to work on some skillz, may even put a 24" back wheel into it to see if that'll help with manualing.
