Have taken the front wheel of my Cannondale Lefty to replace the rotor but want to regrease the spindle before I put wheel back on. What type of grease should I use?

I use Weldite TF2 on both of mine.

It's not lubricating bearing/bushing, and just keeping clean/stopping corrosion?
Anything.

What Al said. It doesn't matter what lube, just something to keep corrosion and moisture at bay.
