....sticking the headtube badge back on my Soul ? I used some superglue last year but it is lifting at one side...

I've used double-sided sticky pads, a few times, with good results.

It is unlikely to be a perfect fit, so something that will fill the gaps. As stevied says, sticky pads should work fine.
