kind of as the name says. My brother has just bought this frame from on here. He's been emailing me saying he cant get the font mech to fit because of the welds at the shock pivot. Does he need some sort of fangled Etype mech or is he just being useless. I'm away at the moment so cant go look at the frame in question.
As far as i can see there is plenty room for a normal front mech and i cant see a hole for the alignment bolt of an etype mech.
So i have concluded he is just being rubbish.

But the graphics on that frame don't match with the Specialized website?
A conventional swing mech might foul the weld but a top swing should fit ok
I have the same frame (now fully built up) and I have a SRAM X9 bottom swing dual pull front mech if that helps
