I shan't be investing for a while (unless I find a really good bargain!) as funds a low...but what forks should I get?
I'm building up a scandal, aiming to go reasonably light. Apparently me being small, and the way I ride means I can get away with riding lighter kit harder than some people ๐
It'll be for general mtb use (I'm no good at all these categories that seem to be appearing!), will be mainly xc and nothing big because I'm a wimp!
My options currently are...

http://www.sram.com/rockshox/products/sid-world-cup (or http://www.sram.com/rockshox/products/sid-rlt )
And coming down the outside there's

So - opinions please?
anybody in the sunday afternoon crowd have an opinion? ๐
Having had such good service from my Rebas, I'd go with the SIDS. Perfect for you.
Lighter than the Foxes, and easy to strip and maintain. Easy to set up, too.
Yeah I've got Rebas on my other bike, great forks!
With the SIDs being lighter I'm tempted, I'm just attracted to the foxes by the terra logic inertia thingy-majig.
I'm a big fan of Fox forks, although many people on here moan about them. Last year I bought some F series 120's for my hardtail and was very happy with them. Few months ago I bought some 140's and, again, very happy.
Also have DT Swiss on a hardtail which were incredibly expensive but very lightweight.
Overall I prefer Fox, have had various ones for many years and just seem to soak up the bumps better. Get them serviced annually too by TF Tuned.
Have you considered using the On-One carbon fork.
The Scandal works particularly well with it.
I've nothing against Fox but I think RS usually comes up best value for money.
