One without a driver draws about 2.7 amps I think. Bloke at work measured it on his p7 deal extreme torch.

is that measured or just "if you want 900 lumens"

does anyone know what current the driver pulls in?

Is the voltage draw 14.4v?

I heard the DX was around 2 to 2.4 ish amps

you need to push it to 2.8 to get near to the 900 figure and then also have a lot more heat and less runtime .

A P7 is 2.8 amp at 3.7 volt full power

4 dies each pulling .7amp 3.7 volts - wired in parallel so volatge remains 3.7 but amps are 2.8

That the max figure. It can be lower

Should be good for around 4 hrs depending on what driver you are using and how efficient it is. If its for a DX light you need to find out what type of driver and what incoming voltage it will accept.
