I want to buy my son a bike so he can come out on rides with me. Hes fifteen and will need an adult medium sized frame. What would you get for between ~£300 and £400 second hand. He likes doing little jumps so needs to be reasonably tough but i also want to take him on long rides as well, so what do you think would be best for the money

Built my 15yr old up a secondhand NRS for around £350 last year.Frame off ebay for a ton,took me about a month to get all the bits & he's well chuffed with it.

That's the one,although he normally clears it by a couple of foot
i normally land right in it or slow right down and plough straight through 🙂
