I have found the 35mm Spank Spike but its only available in 25mm rise.

What else are STW aware of?

Leftfield option - the 800mm bar of your choice with a pair of Deathgrips.

They've taken my 780mm bar to pretty much 800mm.

unless you were using a single bolt lock-on grip anyway, of course.

I think Bontrager did a few. Line 35 I'm sure.

My Whisky bars are 840. Although chosen for back sweep rather than width.

They do add width but only 5mm each side, 10mm total - unless you’ve failed to hammer them on all the way!

RaceFace do a few 820mm bars, with up to 35mm rise.

Most RaceFace bars are 780-800 but there's this one:

I’m running Spank Spike vibrocore 31.6 bars with 50mm rise.

I was using Santacruz Palmdale grips that gave me an extra 5mm per side like the deathgrips but I have switched to Oury lock-ons whicch clamp at both ends.

I think if you are quite big 800mm is a bit narrow.
