It only commands the price that someone will pay for it. I doubt anyone will pay £3000+!

I would strongly suggest both in terms of condition of bike and its history it either not be ridden or only ridden gently/not off road.
and
Bike is in working order other than needing rear brake bled and possibly serviced.
seem to be mutually exclusive....
Lots of 'I believe...' in there too.
