Of there in a couple of weeks for the first time, 2 days riding, not sure we can make all 6 of the trails. Which ones should we do?
Beast takes in most of the red and black on that side of the road, and Tarw takes in the rest. So Beast on day one. It's a big ride, you might not want to do much more after that but if you want a short loop you can redo the start and finish of the Beast.
And then day 2, Tarw and apend whatever energy you have left redoing your favourite bits.

Do Cyflym Coch and Tarw day 1 and then Dragons Back and MBR on day 2 - that will have you do pretty much every section and can be done easily in 2 days.
Oh, the long fireroad bit at the end of MBR ending up at 'Beginning of the End' is closed for logging, the diversion sends you straight up the road that takes you past the begining of 'Dreamtime'. It's a right ******* of a climb!
I really enjoyed MBR when I went in the summer. There's what looks like a fairly new jumpy/bermy section which was fantastic. The climb up the road hurts the second time round though!
