[Closed] Website/program for creating .gpx routes?

Hi all,

I'm off on a mini-epic ride to Amsterdam and back in a weekend. I'm using Maverick on my phone to navigate, but need to find a way to generate the routes in .gpx format - I've tried bikeroutetoaster, which works, but the interface isn't great, and it's not possible to edit a route without it replacing the removed sections with straight lines. I've also tried mapmyride, but Maverick doesn't like the format of the .GPX files it generates (they are different, I had a look).

Anyone got any advice?
